Terms of Service

• Veyra is a policy and approval layer that lets an AI agent request payments from a crypto wallet you connect and control — Veyra never takes custody of your funds.
• On-chain payments are final. Once a payment confirms, Veyra cannot reverse it, refund it, or recover it — this is a property of the underlying blockchain, not a Veyra policy.
• Paid plans (Pro, Team) are billed as recurring subscriptions through RevenueCat and cancel anytime; billing entitles you to control-plane access, not a guarantee of any particular payment outcome.
• You're responsible for the spend policy you configure and for what your agent is authorized to do — Veyra enforces the limits you set, it doesn't judge whether a given payment is a good idea.

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern access to and use of Veyra (the "Service"), operated by Zapx Solutions Limited ("Veyra," "we," "us"). By creating an account, connecting a wallet, or otherwise using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, don't use the Service.

Veyra lets you connect a cryptocurrency wallet you own and control, configure spending policies (per-transaction limits, daily limits, allowed assets/networks/recipients, and auto-approve/ask/block bands), and expose those policies to an AI agent through a Model Context Protocol (MCP) endpoint. When your agent requests a payment, Veyra evaluates it against your policy and either executes it, holds it for your explicit approval, or blocks it.

Veyra is non-custodial. We never receive, hold, or have the ability to move your funds beyond the specific, revocable permissions you grant (either a one-time wallet signature per payment, or — where enabled — a capped, on-chain spending allowance you authorize and can revoke at any time).

Payments made through the Service settle on public blockchains (currently Base). Blockchain transactions are irreversible once confirmed. Veyra cannot reverse, refund, cancel, or recover a confirmed on-chain payment — not because of a policy choice, but because no party, including us, has that technical ability once a transaction is confirmed by the network.

If a payment recipient fails to deliver goods or services you expected in exchange for a payment, that is a dispute between you and the recipient. Veyra is not a party to that transaction beyond authorizing it per your own configured policy, and cannot adjudicate or reverse it. You are solely responsible for the wallets you connect, the recipients and policies you configure, and any tax, regulatory, or legal consequences of the payments your agent makes.

You must provide accurate information when creating an account and keep your credentials secure. You're responsible for activity under your account, including MCP credentials issued to your agents — rotate or revoke a credential immediately if you believe it's been exposed. You must be legally able to enter into these Terms and to use cryptocurrency and financial services in your jurisdiction.

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Send or facilitate payments connected to fraud, money laundering, sanctions evasion, or any illegal activity;
• Attempt to circumvent, disable, or interfere with policy enforcement, rate limits, or security controls;
• Reverse-engineer, scrape, or resell access to the Service without our written permission;
• Misrepresent an agent's identity or actions, or use the Service to obscure the source or destination of funds.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate this section, with or without notice, and may report unlawful activity to relevant authorities.

Veyra offers a Free plan and paid Pro/Team plans, billed as recurring subscriptions processed through RevenueCat. Current pricing and plan limits are shown on the Pricing page and may change with notice. Paid subscriptions renew automatically until canceled; you can cancel anytime and retain access through the end of the current billing period. Subscription fees are for control-plane access (policy enforcement, endpoints, audit history, auto-pay capacity) — they are separate from, and not a percentage of, any payment volume your agents move.

Fees already charged are generally non-refundable except where required by law, since access was provided for the billing period in question.

Where offered, you may authorize a capped, on-chain spending allowance (via the ERC-20 approve standard) that lets Veyra's relayer execute payments within your policy's auto-approve band without a per-payment wallet signature. This allowance is: (a) set by you, (b) enforced by the token contract itself — Veyra cannot exceed it regardless of any error on our end, and (c) revocable by you at any time, at which point no further delegated payments can occur. Veyra is not liable for payments correctly executed within an allowance you granted and did not revoke.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any AI agent will behave as its developer intends — you are responsible for testing and reviewing agent behavior against your own policy before relying on it with funds you cannot afford to lose.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, VEYRA WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST FUNDS RESULTING FROM: (A) BLOCKCHAIN IRREVERSIBILITY OR NETWORK FAILURES; (B) A THIRD-PARTY RECIPIENT'S FAILURE TO DELIVER GOODS OR SERVICES; (C) YOUR OWN POLICY CONFIGURATION; (D) COMPROMISE OF YOUR OWN WALLET, DEVICE, OR CREDENTIALS; OR (E) THIRD-PARTY SERVICES (WALLET PROVIDERS, RPC PROVIDERS, PAYMENT PROCESSORS) OUTSIDE OUR CONTROL. OUR AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID VEYRA IN SUBSCRIPTION FEES IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM AROSE.

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violation of these Terms, non-payment, or legal/regulatory requirements. Termination does not reverse payments already made, and does not entitle you to a refund of fees already paid except where required by law.

We may update these Terms as the Service evolves. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above; continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
